We are having 1-2 submissions an hour with all of our forms in our account where our submissions do not show up as entries with information. It only shows up as "Submission ####" in the inbox and the only way for us to access the information in the submission is to edit entry and then enter through all the data and re-submit. Is this a known issue with any resolution?
I tried clearing cache for our account and it's not working.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Our developers are aware and working on a resolution to this.
In the meantime, please rest assured that the data is all there, and you should be able to view it using the old Submissions table until it is solved.
