Jotform submission to Basecamp through Zapier

I've connected my Jotform and Basecamp accounts with Zapier. When I submit a new form, it triggers a new to-do in Basecamp. That's what I want. But is there a way to attach the submitted form's filled content to the to-do? I want to see all content from the form in Basecamp--not just the form's submission time.

    Greetings.

You should be able to configure this through Zapier. Can you please take a screenshot of your Zapier configuration and share it with us so we could assist you further? Please click here to see how to share images with us.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Greetings.

You should be able to click on the related field and a list of all fields from your form should appear:

You can click on Show all options to see all fields from your form. Then you can select the desired field and it will have the value of the value from the selected field, just like your Name or Due On fields have.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Yes, I am able to see all of the fields from my form when I click "Show all options." But when I add each one, it says No Data after the field name. When it creates the new to-do item in Basecamp, none of the details or field answers are included.

It just creates a to-do item without including any of the form data.

    Hi there,

It looks like there is an issue with the Zappier-Jotform side,

Can you clone your form try and re-set the zap to that new form?

Please let us know if there's any change,

    Thank you

I created a clone, and the "test submission" does populate in Basecamp. However, when I actually fill out and submit the form, nothing shows up in Basecamp.

    Hello,

I checked the cloned form you created and saw that it's not integrated with Zapier. I cleared your form caches to help but do try integrating Zapier first to your form then test it out again.

Let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,

It still isn't working. It shows that my Zap is enabled. The test goes through and populates Basecamp, but real submissions don't show up in Basecamp.1636133366 618569f6555bd Capture Screenshot 10

    Greetings,

Could you please try to integrate the form again from the Zapier website, then connect only 1-2 required fields and check again?

Make sure that the types of the fields are matched: i.e. text fields from your form are connected to the Basecamp fields that accept text values, number fields are connected to the ones that accept number values, etc.

If the issue persists, please create a new form with only basic fields like name, email, and short text field and connect it to Zapier and check if it forks for that form.

If the issue still persists, please provide a screenshot of the Zapier configuration - which fields are matched to the Basecamp and we will check further.

    Thank you!
