Form transmittals

    We are not receiving transmittals for our forms to our cybermike0@sbcglobal.net. Is there a way to tell if Jotform has an issue with emails going to a sbcglobal.net address?

    Thank you for reaching out. 

    I apologize for the inconvenience. I can see that you have emails being sent to you from our servers. For example, the Notification test email you sent today.

    Rest assured that the developers have informed us that while there might be a delay, you should receive your emails soon.

    If you do not, please ask your email service provider to whitelist all Jotform IPs and domains.

    After I sent this ticket, I changed the email to a different one. The test emails were successfully received. We'll see if this new email address receives the transmittals.
