    Hello rachelagf,

For security reasons, we cannot transfer the forms without the consent from the account owner. Upon checking the account, I found that the forms were last edited just few days ago.

Here are the available options for you:

    1. Ask the drewwebs user to send us a message to transfer the forms to your account.

    2. You can clone the forms in your own account. Please be noted that you will have to re-embed the forms in your web page again. The following guide should help you in form cloning:  http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

Form URL to clone:  http://www.jotform.us/form/33565986603162 I believe form cloning option will be best option for you. If required, we will help you build this form again.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
