Hi there,
When adding my logo to the form I position it to align right and when I preview it as a PDF it doesn't show up on the right. I have tried refreshing the page, starting a new form and nothing seems to be working. Hoping you could help with this problem.
Thanks,
Kayla -

Good day Kayla!
I checked your form, the logo shows to be correctly positioned on all preview types.
Desktop
Tablet
Mobile
I recommend clearing your form cache by following this guide:
You may also try a different browser if this does not work. Please let us know if this resolved the issue.
Thanks

Hi Christian,
Thanks for your response.
I believe clearing form from cache helped, but now when I try to increase the size of my logo and download it as a PDF it's not increasing the size. How do I go about fixing that issue?
Thanks -

Hello Kayla
I also tried to adjusting the size of the logo myself using the editor but it did not seem to have any effect when i got to the PDF preview page.
But is this size logo good enough?
The workaround i did here is i took a screenshot of the logo, removed the current one, then replaced it with the screenshot. The image above is the PDF preview and it looks like it made the logo appear bigger.
You may do the same and please notify me if it works for you.
