    HI There, I've been using your free service for. covid form for the last little while, and now I am no longer able to do so. I am considering the monthly option, but just wondering if it is worth it for me.

    I am a Personal Trainer / fitness instructor, and do have a few forms I send out to clients quite regularly, but not sure if it justifies paying the monthly amount.

    Can you help advice me

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We're glad to know that our Starter/Free subscription has been of use to you. Being in the fitness/health industry, I'm sure that your clientele would continue to grow which means that more people would be using the forms you send out. One problem you might encounter if you only have a free account is that you will have account usage and limits lesser than that of a paid subscription.

    For example, in a Free plan, you can create 5 forms and receive 100 submissions in total per month. You will also have a maximum of 500 submissions on the Free Plan. Compared to the Bronze plan, you can create 25 forms and receive 1000 submissions per month. This will allow you to receive more submissions from your growing clientele compared to the free plan. Also, our Silver and Gold plan has HIPAA compliance available to safeguard sensitive patient data which I think would be useful for the Covid form you are using.
