Appointment Properties: Allows booking outside the available times

    The appointment feature allows bookings outside the availability times.  We don't allow bookings before 9:30am and have had a few people booking at 9am. As they happen I immediately check the properties of the appointment feature on our form and its still says 9:30 as the start time.

    Thank you for reaching out, Sophie.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. I have taken a look at your form, and cannot find any issues in the way the Appointment Properties has been set up.

    I also made a clone. When making a test submission, I can see that it is set to autodetect the timezone. Could this be the reason for the time being wrong? When looking over the table you provided, I cannot find any bookings before 9:30 AM.

    Does it state they booked at 9:00 in the table? Or perhaps the notification email?

    Please let me know and I will be happy to keep investigating!

    I turned off the Auto detect Time zone option to be safe but can you look to see why these appointments came through. I can see why it would when I try to book test appointments it doesn't give me the option for 9am.

    I went through your active form again for the remaining time you have set up, and cannot set any appointments before 9:30 AM.

    However, as this has clearly happened, I have escalated the matter to our developers for additional review. I have cleared your form cache as well, just in case. 

    While I cannot provide an ETA as to when they might have a resolution, you will be notified here of any updates.
