How to create a form that allows completion by more then one party

    Hi

Not sure if my last support Email was received.

I have created a form and I have tried to set it up so that it goes between the employee and their supervisor.

The idea being the employee completes their evaluations in 2 parts then I want it to be emailed to their supervisor for them to then comment on what they have written.

Then the supervisor will send the form back to the employee with a time and date for their review where the supervisor will complete the rest of the form.

Then the form gets signed off by both parties as completed.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks

    Susan

My recommendation is that you follow the workaround and the check the demo form my colleague provided to you on this ticket

All in all, if you still feel stuck, do not worry. We can walk you step by step, and let's continue on that other ticket please :)
