My forms send my clients emails but do not send me emails. Even when I test the form on jotform the email does not go through, please advise on how to fix this situation.

After reviewing your forms. I have noticed that the Emai Alert for the Reservation Form Appears to be set up properly.
The Auto Response Email, on the other hand, is missing the Sender Email Adress, which will make it impossible to receive the Email Notification.
On the Contact Us Form you are also missing the Sender Name, which will casue some Email Service Provider to reject the Email as it may be mistaken as SPAM.
Please fill out both fields, and do let us know if the issue persits.
