User issue

    Good afternoon,

    I have an issue with a user that I think should be a user on my account but for some reason has an individual account. Can i migrate the user to my account since they created forms and are supposed to be listed under my account?

    Hi, thank you for contacting support.

    Unfortunately, the sub-account user feature is available only for Enterprise accounts. Standard subscriptions like yours are single-user login only.

    However, a workaround for that is to add other users as assignees instead. Though this feature doesn't allow them to edit the form, they can have your forms into their own account, fill them, view, and edit the submission they received. While you, as the form owner, can have access to all your assignees' submissions. You can view this guide below to know more:
