My form says "disabled" and I can't enable it.

    I'm trying to test jotform to see if it will work for us for an upcoming event where we will have multiple devices to fill forms. It was working for a few tries, but now my form shows "disabled" and I can't enable it. Can you tell me why and fix it?

    Hi Scott,

    Sorry about that. We have now reactivated your account. Your form should work fine by now.

    Your account was autosuspended because your form was suspected to be used for phishing. Upon manually reviewing your account, we don't see any violations so we have lifted the suspension immediately. You're now good to go.
