Linking to Google Sheets

I have a form that I created last year that is set to link to google sheets. It has been working for over a year. However, recently it is not showing the entries on the google sheets form. The last entry was from Oct. 12th however, I know that more forms have been submitted since then.

What can I do to get this to update properly?

Can you try removing the integration and re adding it? With the Google Sheets integration you can also choose to have send existing submissions to the sheet with it so you'll want to have that checked.

I have also cleared your form cache as well but I would still try reintegrating.
