How do I actually sign the BAA?

Going through the HIPAA Compliance Setup Wizard.... once I get to the SIGN A BAA portion... I see an embedded Sample BAA document... but there is no option to fill it out or submit it.

I then found another link (NOT through the wizard) and this did give me a BAA with options to Fill-out and Submit... but nothing seems to happen...

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG HERE?????????????

Thank you for contacting us. I see that your account is already HIPAA compliant. The BAA is automatically generated during upgrading to HIPAA Compliance and sent to your email once upgrade operation is completed.
