Hello,
The month started over today and our forms should no longer be showing as over quota. We have availability in our usage. Can you please let me know asap what I can do to get the 5 forms I have active working again and allow for submissions.

Hi, it looks like your account's counters are back to zero, except for the form count, upload space and storage counters, which do not reset monthly.
If need to create new forms you have two options: Disable/archive/delete your forms, or upgrade to a paid plan.

I do not need new forms, I need to use the forms I already have. Why are they not working? I have less than 100 that need to be submitted and I have available storage space so there is no need to upgrade at this time.

Your account limits are looking good. You currently have 5 active forms and they all seem to be working. Do you see any errors when you open your form? Kindly share a screenshot.
