Payment issues on my form

Great afternoon!

I am having an issue with payment on my jotform when I send it to people. It says that they expiration date is invalid but the customer says they entered in everything correctly. Can you please help me with this? Here is the link for my form https://form.jotform.com/212769406892164

I was unable to replicate this when creating a clone of your form in sandbox mode as I was able to submit just fine. Are you able to replicate this error? Are they getting past the submit and then something is showing up? Can you provide any screen shots so we can understand what's going on better?

With what we currently have to go off of it just sounds like they have entered in the wrong information.
