    Hello Aaron,

Can you provide us the URL of your facebook page where the form is located?  Also, would you care to share which method you used to add your form to your facebook page?

It's not on face book yet but would like it Facebook.com\BackpackersImperial
Just tried to integrate it via the apps Page on jotform. Also is there a
way to send a confirmation to the user submitting it? The custom thank you
message is tacky and the pdf link is not clikable

I see now what you mean.  I've checked the app and it does seem to be not working.  This app was developed by a JotForm user.  What you can do as an alternative is the other older methods on adding forms to your facebook page such as this user guide.

I have also submitted a ticket to the development team to review and possibly remove the app or find a replacement for this.

May I also recommend to start a new thread for your other questions for quick referencing, but to answer your inquiry for now, if what you're referring to is sending an email to the user, you can create an auto responder for this so that submissions can be sent to the user after they make their submission.  You can read more on this user guide about setting auto responder emails on your form.

Also, may I recommend to start a new thread and provide more details with what you mean by the PDF link being not clickable?
