I have had several users tell me they are unable to access the form. Is there a certain browser or device that isn't compatible with the form? I know that it works for most, but about 8-10% of people haven't had any luck completing the form and I'm trying to figure out why.

Hi,
There are four forms in your account.
Could you please specify the form-url, their OS and version of the browser they are using? Thank you.

Hi,
Apologize for the inconvence.
Can you please confirm when your customers are getting the error "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."?
If you have Payal integration in your form and customers are having issues with the form at the checkout window you can try to change PayPal.
For example, change to PayPal Standart or PayPal Checkout, connect your PayPal account and try to submit the form.
Waiting your response.
