We are setting up a lease program for a client that has their subscribers either join as a business or personally. The selection changes the questions a bit. I am trying to determine if a form can have a first question option that the subscriber either selects business or personal and then from there the rest of the questions are determined. Can this be done in a form? If not can we have one form that connects to two forms based upon this first question?
Eg.
Customer Selects Business as selection and the questions are:
- Business name,
- Business Contact person
- Business address
- Federal ID Number
- State of Formation
- Entity Formation Date
Customer Selects Personal as selection and the questions are:
- Name,
- Mailing address
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth
- How long at current address
- Closest living relative not living with you
- Employer Name
- How long at current employment.

Hi there,
Thank you for reaching support!
You can achieve this with the help of the dropdown element and condition. I've explained how to do it in the section below.
Similarly add condition if customer selects Personal and save it.
I hope that explains it. Please contact us again if we can help in any way.
