JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
When you delete a form, it is not deleted completely. It is just moved to trash folder. Upon checking your account trash folder, I found that you have several forms there but none of them have any submissions. If you have deleted it from the trash folder as well, there is no way to recover the form and submissions.
The only way to recover the deleted submissions is from your submission email which you would have received in your email inbox.
It is advisable that you should integrate your form with google spreadsheet which will always have a copy of submission records. The following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet
