Failed login - suspended?

    Dear Sir or Madam,


    We have created an account last week and also paid for the Monthly Jotform bronze plan. we made a form for students of Medical faculty to select a date and time, but now we cannot login anymore. Every time I try to login using google, it informs me of an error, while using an email and password informs me of a "suspension".

    What could be the cause of that? We would really need the data from the forms and the forms to work again today.

    Hi Anja,

    It looks like the account was mistakenly suspended. It has been reviewed again and it is now active.

    You should be able to log in to your account now. Let us know if you need further assistance.
