Forms transfer question

    Hello,

I've just perfected a form on your platform and it turns out the client wants to start up their own account, and then eventually convert it to a HIPAA-compliant form.

I read the article here: https://www.jotform.com/help/342-how-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account/

In that article, it mentions that it's not possible to move a form to/from HIPAA servers.

Would it be easier to just convert my account into their account (since I don't have anything on it, and it's a free account)? Would I even be able to use my form on the HIPAA compliant server even though it's pre-existing?

Or, would it be possible to move the form to a new account, and then make the form HIPAA compliant after it's been moved to that account?

Please help! I really don't want to have to rebuild this form from scratch.. it took me days!

    Greetings!

Has the client enabled HIPAA compliance on their account already?

If yes, then they would be able to clone your form to their account. This will create a copy of the form into their account.

You can also upgrade your free account to either a Silver or Gold plan if you want to enable a HIPAA compliance account. You can only create a form for them if you have access to their account.

Also, we can move the form to their account if it is not yet HIPAA compliant.

Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

    Glad to assist you!

    Thanks.
