    Hi,

Is it a text entry? You can add rows by clicking the "Add Row" button from the wizard:

If you mean to add something else, please let us know in detail.

    Thanks

No it is a variable as "123/1234/12345"

    Different for everyone.

A structured communication has 12 digital positions: 10 positions significant and 2 control positions (the last two). It is divided into three sequences separated by slash: 123/1234/12345

As for the verification algorithm Belgian banking codes, two check digits are based on the principle of modulo 97 of the first 10 digits, the result of the transaction giving the last two digits.

    Thanks.

My apologies! I thought that was just a normal text entry. Is that a dynamic variables? A variables that is automatically generated by another system? Unfortunatley, I don't think that is possible with Jotform.

We have a way to generating a unique ID, this guide: Add Custom Unique IDs to your Form Submissions

One other way that I think would accomplish this requirements is by using our TextBox Field then enable Input Masking:

As you could see, I separated the values with a slash. # sign is used to only accept input numbers.

Is this something that would accomplish your requirements? Let us know your thoughts.

    Thanks
