The user who set up Jot Forms for TPC has left the firm and not handed over!

    Hi Jot Forms

    I'm contacting you on behalf of our client, The Private Clinic, UK, aka TPC.

    They use Jot forms and the system sends the compelted forms (or a link - I don't personally know the system!) to a particular user's email address. We need to change this, but don't know how to.

    The lady who set up the Jot Forms no longer works for TPC. The lady that receives the data from Jot Forms (Lucy S) has gone on annual leave for 2 weeks, so we need to set a different email address as the target address for Jot Forms. We can of course simply forward all email coming into Lucy's Inbox to the temp user, but then she might also receive Lucy's private email and we want to avoid that.

    Can you please assist?

    The COO of TPC, Jim Savin, has authorised me to contact you on his and TPC's behalf.

    I am unable to find an account under your email address or using Jim Savin's email.

    May we ask for the form URL or another account that was used?

    Hi forum+3475613@jotform.com Since I sent that request we have found out that the lady who left has handed over the login credentials to someone else. I have tested it and we are now able to log into the system and add or change the email address as required, so we no longer need Jot Forms support. Thank you for the response. Kind regards Peter
