Hi,
I've forgotten my password and I go to the forgotten password section, but the email with the password reset instructions do not send, to either my inbox nor my junk mail.

Hello,
I logged on through a different system which remembered my login details. I apologies for the inconvenience. It appears I may be using a different email address then the one I was using to retrieve my password.
