Please disregard my first suggestion, I can see that you are using a user-defined payment type, so the tax feature will not work.

I assume you are referring to this form https://www.jotform.com/form/212914300261038, right?

I created a sample form, can you please check if this meets your requirement.

I added a radio button as the processing fee, which is auto-selected by default.

Then added another field(Amount to pay), aside from that, there's a calculation field hidden, that'll get the sum of the processing fee and the specified amount in the amount to pay field, then pass the calculated value to the payment processor.

Thanks for the help. So if you go to www.bdhassociates.com and click on the middle button that says make a payment you’ll see two choices. One is for CC and the other for ACH. So I need the CC to have a field for payment amount. I need wording there that says a 3% fee will automatically be added to your total by hitting submit. Same with ACH with a 1% fee. On our old site when you would hit “next” it would take you to the next screen with a total which would give the amount they entered, plus the percentage fee and a grand total and then they would have to click on the button that said confirm payment. I would ideally love this. Can you make that happen?

Getting errors and payments aren't going through. See attached. I'm starting to get the feeling Jotform isn't going to work for us. Let me know if you know what this is.
