My upload files button returns an error: "Server error. Upload directory isn't writable."Asked by thistlemag on March 16, 2014 at 04:03 PM
I tried to upload several different files. I didn't change any of the allowed extension type or size settings. All the images I tried to upload were .png or .jpg and under 1024kb. I got the error every time. I got this error both when I was testing the form in the preview mode, and when I actually embedded it onto my webpage. How can I fix this?
Let me forward this issue to our higher ups for further investigation and for further assistance since I was able to reproduce the issue on my end upon checking.
Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused.
We are having this same issue on one of our forms as well
Okay, thank you! I just replaced my form on my web page because I can't have it down, but I've moved it to http://thistlemag.com/test-form if you need to see it! I actually tried embedding it the second time with iFrame instead of the Source, and I didn't get the exact same error, but it still said "Failed." It let me submit the form, and when I got it in my e-mail, there were no files attached.
Our sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused.
