Need to be able to use Jot Form with Coworker

    Good Morning,

I am a fairly new employee at Trane Technologies. One of our employees (Rayanne DuChane) has a Jot Form account where she can upload new employees' information into our sharepoint site. I need a Jot Form account, too where I can receive alerts that these employees' are submitting their informaition. Rayanne used to do this task, but I am now going to be taking it over. How do we set this up so we are both receiving these notifications where I can be a delegate or I can set up an account and be the primary and she would be a delegate. I'm not sure how to approach this situation so it works.

It seems you're referring to the account rayanne.duchane.

To clarify, do you want to take over the user's account?

If you want to use different accounts and get a notification, this is only possible with a paid account.

You can have multiple email recipients in the form.

    Looking forward for your response.

Yes, regarding Rayanne.Duchane. We want two of us on the account so she can back me up if I'm OOO. What is the cost two have two of us on account? I would like to be able to start working on this soon as we have some work to do.

    Thank you!

I would suggest you contact your colleague and upgrade his subscription.

It is possible to have 1 Jotform account and still receive the notification email.

    Just to clarify~

We each have our own log in, but it's connected to the same account, is this correct?

Hi Becky, you won't have your own login.

You would be using the same account login.

To clarify, do you want to have separate login account?

This feature is available for enterprise.

Rayanne set up the account on her google account and she doesn't want to share her password with me which I totally understand...so I'm trying to figure out how I can do this. We need two people to access the same account and either have separate passwords or create a new account? I do not know. How can we do what is needed? Two people, two logins, one account?

    Hi Becky Allen,

I understand your concern. But it's not possible to have one account and two login details. However, there are a few workarounds here.

1- You can create your account and request your colleague to share the submissions with you. https://www.jotform.com/help/199-how-to-share-forms-submissions-page

2- You can create your account and ask your colleague to add you as a collaborator to the form. https://www.jotform.com/help/419-understanding-form-collaboration

3- you can purchase an Enterprise subscription. https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/

I hope the above-given solution makes sense.
