Is there a way to remove "In order to submit this form, you should open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader."?

I was wondering if there is a way to remove "In order to submit this form, you should open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader." from my PDF? I do not need people to submit the form and was wanting to know if I could remove it from the file.

I researched and found that unfortunately, this can not be removed. It shows up only when opening the offline PDF fillable form in a browser.
