for some reason I am not receiving my usual email alerts for new form response submissions. All seems to be set up correctly.

Upon checking your form's notification email alert, I found that you have not selected the "Sender Name" and "Sender Email" in your form. That may be the reason why you are not receiving the submission emails. Please check the screenshot below:
You should select/add the "Sender E-mail" in your notification as this is required to be added for your notification alert to work.
You can select "email@example.com", "firstname.lastname@example.org" or you can also setup a custom "Sender E-mail" option. This guide should help you:
