    My form is sending messages to a default address that hasn't been active for months!

    I can't change the default email address back from 1zen.. to reservations@positivitydetailing.com (which this page currently shows as the email address messages are being sent to).


    Please update this ASAP!

    Hello mo13,

    Upon checking your form, I found that you have successfully changed the "Recipient Email" address to "reservations@positivitydetailing.com". The notification email alert you have in yoru from is actually a conditional email alert which is also set to send submission emails to "reservations@positivitydetailing.com".

    It seems that you have already solved your problem. The submission emails will only be sent to reservations@positivitydetailing.com email address and not to your 1zen email address.

    Do test again and get back to us if the issue persists.
