My form is sending messages to a default address that hasn't been active for months!

    I can't change the default email address back from 1zen.. to (which this page currently shows as the email address messages are being sent to).


    Please update this ASAP!

    Hello mo13,

    Upon checking your form, I found that you have successfully changed the "Recipient Email" address to "". The notification email alert you have in yoru from is actually a conditional email alert which is also set to send submission emails to "".

    It seems that you have already solved your problem. The submission emails will only be sent to email address and not to your 1zen email address.

    Do test again and get back to us if the issue persists.
