I can't change the default email address back from 1zen.. to email@example.com (which this page currently shows as the email address messages are being sent to).
Please update this ASAP!

Upon checking your form, I found that you have successfully changed the "Recipient Email" address to "firstname.lastname@example.org". The notification email alert you have in yoru from is actually a conditional email alert which is also set to send submission emails to "email@example.com".
It seems that you have already solved your problem. The submission emails will only be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org email address and not to your 1zen email address.
Do test again and get back to us if the issue persists.
