Problem with the Facebook Pixel

Hello, I have a problem integrating the Facebook Pixel on my Jotform registration form.

    Let me explain to you:

My form is embedded in a Weblium site, so I embed it directly but Facebook wouldn’t let me use the Submit button as a Completed Registration action.

So I used the Jotform Widget "Facebook Pixel" by setting the Event to track as "Complete Registration" but once in production in Facebook, nothing works...

It automatically calls an event "Send My Request" and not "Completed Registration" AND, Facebook does not understand it as a registration (even with my campaign changed)...

    Do you have any idea?

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Paul

    Hello,

If you would like to embed it on your website and be able to use the submit button to track, I would suggest using the source code for your form to embed and bypassing the widget again.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/104-how-to-get-the-full-source-code-of-your-form/

The other embed methods call in Iframes which won't let you use those from your website as it makes it like a small browser window inside your current one so it won't be able to interact with each other.

I'm not too familiar with Facebook pixel either but I've cleared your form cache if something was corrupted there.
