Your account is over limit on the upload space and hence you are seeing this message. It is currently at 135 MB and the allowed space on free accounts is 100 MB.

You can free up the space by deleting the uploads link to your submissions. Before deleting I would recommend that you download them first: https://www.jotform.com/help/356-how-to-download-the-submission-files/
