HIPAA Compliance Setup Wizard

I want to create a form with the HIPAA compliance wizard but when I get to the form review section there is a form that wont go through due to widgets. But I do not want to this form to be a HIPAA form. The only option I have is to delete the form or remove widgets. Does every form we create have to be HIPAA compliant with this feature? Please advise.

Enabling HIPAA compliance is for the entire account, so you can't have forms on both servers. If you want a non HIPAA account as well you would need to create another one.
