    On this form: https://www.jotform.com/build/212996820135055

I have used a Docusign integration. I have also set up the approvals with the approve and sign option and others. The signature in the approval is not Docusign, which is probably going to be an issue with my client as they want all signatures legally binding. Also when i go into the Docusign account, there are no IDs on the signature 'envelopes' or any data that i can find, which absolutely will be required by my client...please explain.

Also, the email notifications are erratic....in settings >> history>> actions>> emails it records all as sent, but in reality they usually don't show up in the email inbox of the form sender (ie customer, in this case). That's a problem...(perhaps it is because, although different email addresses they probably all have my same IP address, creating issues?)

The form is embedded here: https://kegshare.ca/form-sig/ and while the docusign integration works, it is not clean in operation like it is on on the jotform preview (ie, view form), requiring scrolling and creating confusion in the user experience. I assume this can be cleaned up/improved with css on the website?

    Thanks, Graham L.

(If you need to fill out the form, it is safe to do so as all the emails are for testing purposes only....)

    Greetings, 👋

    Thanks for contacting us.

The signature in the approval is not Docusign, which is probably going to be an issue with my client

You may try to use a workaround that allows using the DocuSign widget for approval:

when i go into the Docusign account Docusign account, there are no IDs on the signature 'envelopes' or any data that i can find

Please, take my apologies for the inconvenience. I am not so familiar with the DocuSign dashboard.

Kindly, could you elaborate on your request here? If needed, you may attach a screenshot:

Kindly, try to check your Spam/Junk Folders. For further assistance, kindly, provide us with the submission IDs that didn't show up in the email inbox.

I did check both views and both variants require scrolling due to the length of the form: 1635895384_6181c858bb6c2_screencast 2021

Please, could you confirm that you are experiencing the same?

    Warm Regards,

I was not referring to the scrolling on the form itself, that is fine---it was the modal view when using the Docusign interface that was cut off and required scrolling to find the signing elements. I switched it to 'Pop-up' view and it is now a much better user experience.

see attached screen shots: (the submissions are recorded in Docusign account, but no useful reference to e-signature or even a unique ID. Not very useful...if there is no ID or collected data on the signing, there is no point using the Docusign integration...)

no spam redirects---today i filled a test form and sent from the embedded web form and it routed email alerts sort of okay: it sent the form filler a "request approved" email, but skipped the auto responder "we have received your kegshare order" alert that should've been sent on submission....(note that i have the form set to submit with completion of Docusign e-signature, if that makes a difference) here is the submission ID: 5117712010516982115

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your reply.

when i go into the Docusign account Docusign account, there are no IDs on the signature 'envelopes' or any data that i can find

As I see, we don't have this feature yet. However, my Colleagues already created a feature request on this.

We can't guarantee when or whether this feature will be implemented. Nevertheless, we will surely reply to you once we get this.

in reality they usually don't show up in the email inbox of the form sender (ie customer, in this case).

I have moved this concern to a separate thread in order to avoid any kind of confusion. Soon we will reply to you there.
