Pictures not coming through

    Hello,

    I run a small makeup business and this week I have had 4 clients submit pictures to me through my jotform link. I am able to get all of their information from the survey they complete however, NONE of their pictures will open. I keep getting a pop-up from jotform saying, "Whoops!

    Unfortunately, the page you were looking for could not be found. It may be temporarily unavailable, moved or no longer exists. Please check your spelling and retry."

    These pictures are needed in order for me to run my business. Please look into this and get back to me?

    Hi Charlette,

    Could you try unticking these 3 settings on your account settings page?
    https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
