    Hi,

What could be the reason of receiving a DPRP error with my PayPal Pro integration. I can confirm that if I select the paypal option instead of card in the payment method choice, the transaction works perfectly fine. But it fails when I use a card.

    Hello,

I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.

The "DPRP is disabled for this merchant" is an issue related to the setting of the PayPal Pro integrated with the form. The owner of the PayPal pro account should add the “Recurring Payment Module” to its PayPal settings.

This means "Direct Payment Recurring Payments" feature is not enabled on your PayPal Website Payments Pro account. If you can contact PayPal they should be able to turn this feature on.

Please check also this link http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/2012/03/paypal-dprp-is-disabled-for-this-client/

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Paypal pro gives us 2 choices to process the payment. Either by card or by using customer's paypal account.

I was able to successfully process recurring payments using the paypal option (option 2). Doesn't it mean that recurring payment option is enabled in my paypal account?

    Regards

    Hello!

It might be that it is different from the Recurring Payment Module. Kindly contact PayPal for more information. The error message is related to your PayPal account where there is some sort of restriction.

    Kind regards,
