I made several form changes on 10/27 that I successfully tested. However, I was informed that the PayPal invoice integration was still on the form, but it was removed on 10/27.
Can you assist me in reverting the form to my previous changes that worked?

I checked your form and it looks like it's no longer connected to PayPal Invoicing but the integration remains.
If you want to remove the integration, kindly click the trash icon. But if you want to switch to other payment method such as Purchase Order, please see demo below.
You also have the option to check your revision history and revert your form.
