Project information form

Hi we have created a form called project information which is an internal form only. We put in the customer details and job details including sensitive information that should only be seen by us. My concern is that i think that form also gets set to the customer email address which should not be happening.

Can you confirm how we ensure that these form dont get sent to our customer?

If you are pertaining to this form https://form.jotform.com/213004436778860, there's an Autoresponder configured there, so an email will be sent to their email address regarding their form submission.

If you don't want this to happen, you can simply remove the Autoresponder email.
