Form Over Quota Message won't go away

Hi there,

I have deleted old forms and their submissions but the "Form Over Quota Message" won't go away on the live form on my website. I have cleared the jotform cache as explained here:

And I have also cleared my browser's cache and neither helped.

I tried to clone the form to see if that fixed the problem but it did not.

Can you let me know how to fix this problem as the form is live right now and I am getting complaints from people.

I have successfully changed your account status back to Active. This should address the Form Over Quota message that you are getting.

Reviewed your account and the forms are now accessible again.
