Deleted Storage but Forms are not Live

Hi I had a thread going in the forum but it seems to be deactivated as the links in my email are broken.

Our account was deactivated because we ran out of storage space. I deleted a lot of files and made more room. I removed those files from the trash can as well. My account was reactivated and i am showing 50% space available.

However, when I try to view my live forms the pages are returning errors:

Jotform support told me they "cleared the form caches" and they "refreshed the count of your storage." Still not working. We need to get this live ASAP. Please help.
