Dear JOTForm Support,
Good day!
We added a Start of Date of Travel condition in our form. We've already closed the specified dates and added a note "PCMC has reached the quota of 350 qualified domestic tourists for the RT-PCR Test for the chosen departure date." We have hidden the submit button as well so that they can't proceed with the registration. There used to be no issues on this. However, lately, our vetters reported that they still received entries on the closed dates.
Would appreciate your kind assistance on this matter.
Here is the screenshot where the submit button is disable.

I tested your form and those dates are disabled with conditional logic. Are you sure that those dates were disabled when you reived those submissions?
If the issue happens again, please share IDs of affected submissions.
