    Hi!

How can I get the order total from the Product List element and pass it on to another field?

The reason for asking is I want to have a field that summarizes the order total in the TABLES of my form so that I can see right away who my most valuable customers are.

Thanks in advance for any clarification on how to do this.

    Hi Bodega,

Thank you for sharing the details of your requirements. Unfortunately, there is no direct way to get the order total from the Product List element in the tables view at the moment. But to meet your requirements, you can use a workaround i.e create a form calculation field and assign that field to the Products field then it will display the order total in tables views.

    Example:

Please check the following form which uses the same workaround to get the order total form the Product List element:

    How to implement:

    1. Create a form calculation field

    2. Assign the field to the Product field("My products") as shown in the image below.

    3. Hide it so that it becomes invisible for end-users. Refer to the following KB article to check how to hide the field:

Please try the suggested fix and let me know if you face any issues in implementing it so that I can assist you further.
