Hi There,
Our membership plans are bound to space. Each plan comes with a fixed space. To fix the 'out of upload space' error you need to purge(delete) the old unwanted data to free your account upload space.
Important Note: Please note that deleting submissions in Jotform Tables does not delete the data permanently. They are stored in the trash folder for 30 days. This allows you to restore submissions when needed. If you have file uploads in the form and wish to restore the File Storage space limit, you have to trash the submissions and permanently delete them from the trashed section as shown below in the image.

You may refer to the following KB article explaining how you can delete the form submission data using different available options:

Recommendation - Download data before deleting:
It is always recommended to download the form submission data as CSV or PDF before deleting it to use for future use(if required). Please refer to the following KB article to know how to download the form submission data:

Please try the steps explained above and let me know if you still face any issues so that I can assist you further.

Rahul Aggarwal

Thank you for your input @Rahul.
@YFood, upload space is the size limit on how many files you can receive from a form submission. The submissions can have file attachments on them and these files will take up the “Upload Space” limit.
