Hi,
I received an e-mail that the storage of my forms are at the limit. I deleted all the received forms and still my account says that its full. I havent reached the limit of 100 forms in a month. How is this possible?

You are on the right track, now, simply clear your trashed entries as all the deleted submissions are routed there:

Hi Kenneth,
I have Emtyed the trash and I receives an e-mail that my Jotform account is disabled. When I look on my website the forms ar not able to use. What to do now?

I have now initiated the recount for all the limits and now it has refreshed.
I am able to access the forms now:
