Hi There, i tried to find the answer to this but it says the page was missing when I clicked the link.
I need to know when a customer fills out my form and saves it for completion later how long their information will be saved? I will sometimes need them to go back to it 6-12 months later.
Thanks
Andrew

Hi,
Your data will be stored as long as you don't delete it. Your users can continue the forms where they left off.
You can find out more from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/features/save-and-continue/
If you have more questions, feel free to ask.

Ok thank you! I just wanted to clarify because I saw somewhere that is only saves on your servers for 90 days/3months before it resets or deletes. So as long as I don't delete they can definitely go back any time?
Thank you!

Yes, that is correct. As long as you do not delete the session it will be available and will not be removed.
'
May we know where exactly did you see the info that Incomplete submissions will only be saved on our servers for 90 days and will be deleted after that?
We will wait for your response.

Thanks Billy, that’s a shame! Is there any way around this? I really need it to save data for longer because we have long lead times.
Thanks for your help.

Hello,
Unfortunately, no. You may want to use Jotform Prefill. Basically, you can pre-fill any of your forms based on another form. The data(form must be submitted) will be available as long as the submission is not deleted.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Best regards,

Hello again,
New update! Based on this article, the submission stays forever in the system.
This was updated on Nov 4 while the other article I provided was updated last April 4. Let's stick to what the new article that I provided says.
I wasn't really convinced with my answer earlier because I know data are stored forever at the back of my head. So I had to check again and found out about this article.
Once again, we're very sorry for any confusion. Hope everything is clear now.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Best regards,
