Can I replicate this process with Jotform?

Basically it's a scale questionnaire with choices between 1-10, then at the end of the questions a circle coaching circle is produced based on the results. https://wheeloflife.noomii.com/

I'd need to recreate that process pretty much exactly. Someone mentioned that your WP plugin can handle this but thought I would check with you guys before buying the plugin.

You can continue your process using the ready-made template. Sample template is available at https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/trivia-quiz 

If you want to use the theme, just click the "Use Template" button.

Alternatively, you can create your form by following the steps below.

1 - Create a new form with type "Classic Form".

2 - Click the "Add Form Element" button.

3 - Drag the "Single Choice" field.

4 - Set the question and options.

5 - You can use the "Page Break" field to separate the questions.

After adding it, the final version will be like this.

You can duplicate questions and answers as many times as you want.

6 - From the Settings page, switch to the "Conditions" tab.

You can show the quiz results or your private message on the "Thank you" page.

The wheel will be styled depending on the answers given by those filling in the number scale.

Unless I'm missing something, the guide you have provided doesn't result in that output.

So the output, which will be the wheel, will be different for each entry.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to create a chart on your form which will be automatically updated as values change.

The only alternative solution would be to create a visual report and show values from all submissions after the form has been submitted.
