Autoresponders not sent from the App

    While testing the offline form in your app I ran into two issues.

    1. We have a condition that emails a PDF of the completed form after the form has been filled out. This email doesn't send when the form is completed via the app. I've tried this both while connected to wifi and offline. I have also tried refreshing, etc. It does show the completed form if you go to submissions, but the email never sends.
    2. While filling out the form in the offline version, the date feature does not work. If you are connected to wifi then a calendar widget pops up to select the date. Offline, that does not pop up. It also does not let you manually type in a date. I've attached a photo below.

    Greetings.

    I have tested the email sending feature from the App, however, I could not replicate the problem. Can you please let us know does the problem remains if you submit the form from the browser? Can you see the submitted data in submissions? If you can, can you please let us know the IDs of submissions that were not sent? Also, please let us know to what email should they have been sent, so we could check our email logs to see if anything went wrong.
