Automatical Renewal

    My Jotform automatically renewed for an annual plan. I thought I had changed the setting and did not receive a notification email that the subscription was up for renewal.

    As we are in between research projects, we do not need to renew at the moment. Can I cancel the annual plan and get a refund of the subscription?
