Wont let me upgrade my subscription Please assist, thank you

    Hi there,

    Looks like you're up to unlocking other Jotform features by upgrading your subscription. That's a superb move! I was able to upgrade my subscription recently. I don't think there's a problem with the Jotform system.

    Were you able to go to the page where you can select a plan and enter your credit card information? If this link, https://www.jotform.com/pricing/, does not seem to work for you, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

    1. Clear cache and cookies
    2. Update your browser
    3. Disable browser add-ons or extensions
    4. Reset or restart your device
    5. Use other device
    6. Use other internet connection (if available)

    If the issue persists, would you care to share screenshots? Maybe something else is causing the problem.
