    Hope well. Sorry to bother you again. I tried to log in but it’s stating my email 📧 is ‘invaded!’ This is my email for all accounts. Please fix. Thanks 😊 so much! Dr. N.

    Greetings Dr. Damian,

    As I can check on the screenshot, you have a sign-up/registration page opened and thus the system indicates that a Jotform account already exists with that email address.

    So, please make sure to choose the login option, instead of SIGN UP:
